Welcome to CHADS Coalition's Fundraising home page!

CHADS (Communities Healing Adolescent Depression & Suicide) Coalition works to end the tragic loss of young lives to suicide by raising funds for early-onset depression research, educating the community regarding teen depression, and advocating for mental health treatment for adolescents.

Our organization's goal is to raise $598,000 in 2012 -- 54% more than our 2011 fundraising total.

CHADS Coalition maintains very low operating expenses, so your donation goes straight to work, saving young lives. In 2012, CHADS is donating $40,000 -- raised through our special events -- to medical university researchers and students who are studying early-onset mood disorders. CHADS Coalition's research grants will help identify the physiological causes of adolescent depression, and will encourage more interest in the field of child psychiatry.
